How do I create a Run Club?
Navigate to the Community section of the app and select "Create Run Club."
Is RunAdic responsible for Run Club events?
No. User-created Run Clubs are independently organized and managed by their organizers.
How do I report a Run Club or user?
Use the in-app reporting feature or contact Support.
Can RunAdic remove a Run Club?
Yes. RunAdic may remove Run Clubs that violate community standards or platform policies.
Rabbit Pacing Service
What is Rabbit?
Rabbit is RunAdic's pacing marketplace where runners can book experienced pacers for training sessions or races.
Are Rabbits employees of RunAdic?
No. Rabbits are independent contractors who provide pacing services through the platform.
How do I book a Rabbit?
Navigate to the Rabbit section of the app, browse available Rabbits, and submit a booking request.
Can I choose my Rabbit?
Yes. Users may review available Rabbits and select the individual they wish to book.
What if my Rabbit cancels?
